hey the mic that came with my 360 works with my bros controller but when i try to use it, i plug it in and i cant hear crap and noone can hear me mic doesnt work HELP
turn off ur controller and turn it bk on try charging it or ur controller port could just be broken.mic doesnt work HELP

It might be broken. The wires are bad. I went through i think 3 of these (at least i got them somewhat free). Just buy the wireless headset and be happy.
is the wireless headset relly that good
Well it's durable, the wired one is not. Plus it works quite well.
