ive been waiting 2 weeks now just to get the package so i can send my xbox in....and it will take another 2 to get a refurbished one.....my question is how long did it take for yours? and do you think if i complained they would give me something free :) ?help-how long to get your refurbished 36 ...

mine took 3 weeks the first time and six the second and still waiting on the third its been 2 weeks
dont you want something for free? by the time i get it back it would have been nearly a month...i want at least a free month of live...
my was gone for 3 weeks and i complained and they gave me free 3 months of xbox live
how did you complain? over the phone? and at what point did you complain?
Doesn't the policy say they are to have it back to you within 5 business days?
i duno...any1 know?? can i sue? ha
